I saw this one on NZ Conservative Coalition the other day, and I am not surprised that a pretty liberal state like Illinois is doing things like this. However, you’d think that they would think about what this does for their ability to handle crime. The city of Chicago is already crime-riddled enough…if you’re making it hard to apprehend illegals…especially the ones who commit crimes (other than being here illegally)…you’re just exacerbating the problem.
