I saw an article today about how many pro-choice advocates claim that having children hinders women’s careers, but it gave evidence to the contrary. There are plenty of women out there who have made having both children and a career work. In fact, an example that comes to mind is a female astrophysicist (naturally, it stood out because of my love of astronomy) I read about last school year (in a book called The 3% Universe, if you’re interested in reading about her and also about the conception of the dark matter theory) who still did research and actually made important astronomical discoveries all while still being a mother. Clearly, it may take a bit of work, but you can work it out.
Enjoy the article!
